Shipping and Returns

Return and Refund Policy

At Femallura.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 20 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

At Femallura.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please do not return the damaged or defective item without contacting us first. Remember, it's important to customize this policy according to your specific business needs and local regulations. Also, consider displaying this information prominently on your website and ensuring that your customers are aware of your return and refund procedures before making a purchase.
